Game not launching [Launch game with Custom Arguements]

Hello, Bought this game on Steam sale, and now its not launching.
Facing the issue:

Launch game with Custom Arguments
EA FC 24 is attempting to launch with optional parameters shown below:
--reactivate

If you did not request this launch or do not understand these options select cancel.

-------------------------------------------

Then there is Continue and Cancel option.

I have tried all methods like restarting system, steam, ea app.
Tried by clicking both continue and cancel.
Allowing the application through the firewall
Given administrator permissions to FC 24, steam, EA app
repaired the game and anti-cheat

Once I click on Play, the EA app pop-up comes: "Launching game" then the below screenshot pops:
Then once i click anything on the pop-up the same cycle repeats.

+1 I encounter this issue as well. Try to verify and fix the game but it didn't work. Installing this also broke my other game, Fifa Manager 13 in EA App (now my Fifa Manager 13 won't open as well).

One of the recommended fix was to format your whole pc, I haven't try that yet.

EA app broken as always open add or remove programs click uninstall then choose repair this will work.

Thank you for your interest in this discussion.
I am actually enjoying the game since the last 2-3 days.
Well, I am a f ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and a big idiot. The game was not launching because the Date and Time in my system was incorrect.
I bought and launched this game on 30th - June, but the date on my system was 24th june, Hence i was getting the above error.

You have to adjust the current time, because if it is different the system will consider it a cheat... good luck
