Why does it feel like my players are running through mud?

I can't be the only one who noticed that since Wednesday's update the gameplay feels insanely slow. Passes are slow, players movement feels slow. Just weird. People talking about how great it is to pass through the middle and nerfing Finesse+, but for me it feels like all online games are played in slow-motion.

Yeah I don't know what happened, the gameplay suddenly started to feel like ♥♥♥♥. The movements of players are so slow, looks and feels more like some amateur football rather than professional.

Try to play at midnight, your gamaplay is different...but yeah, not everyone can do this
