Uninstall the game and EA app. Delete FC24 file in Document and other FC24 relevant files (check in Program Files x86 - Steam - steamapp - common). Then reinstall the game and EA app. Login in to your EA account first then launch the game. Lower the resolution and graphics settings first, then try Kick off mode, if it loaded the match, then you can change the graphics to high. This method worked for me.
