Is it still possible for people to buy fc points on Steam because before many people were complaining about not be able to buy fc points. And if it doesn't work then should I buy fc points on the web app?

Same here, can't buy FC points. My region is Turkey, maybe thats the problem. When I click on getting FC points, it doesnt lead to any window. Just asks to wait, thats all

For me too, they still didn't updated the price there, might be the problem why it doesn't show a price for us and we can't buy FC Points.

BTW i have found a solution, keep on card TL currency, fill your wallet for like $2-3 with ur TL money, buy anygame from store, it will change ur steam wallet currency, then u cna buy FC points.
