hey guys, i bought fc24 at 12august and didnt get my 4600 fifa points(and the other rewards that need to get with the pre-order) i talked with ea support and they told me to talk with steam support. someone know where is the support page? i didnt found it

You don't need to own the game specifically on steam to participate in the forums or to discuss the game in general. Maybe you should contact steam support to say there's someone in the forums who doesn't own the game on the platform, or leave a suggestion to make it a requirement to own the game and restrict people who don't have a mouse icon from posting anywhere you think they shouldn't be.
