Cant move player in macht online PC

When i play with bots, my controller but when i do online game, i cant move any of my player like if the controller doens exist. i also tried with the key board and it does the same thing.I need some explanasion because it not only me that have the problem, many other pc have it to.

In-game pause & select sides option, then shove it at the side you''re playing

i dont know even here same in pc its not working keep updating again and again when its start i cant use controller
