CONTROLLER DOESN’t work in online

I play eafc 24 in steam with my ps4 controller . In menu and offline modes it works perfect , but when I join rivals it stop working immediately. Can someone tell how to fix this

Mate I got it work. For now, u have to deactivate steam controller on properties of EA FC 24

I have too do you know how to fix that problem. Also I tried play volta (online) and there wasn't any problem in volta. I played but when I want to play online I can't control my players. I realized that I can shoot and pass only I can't control my players this is so ridicolus
