They gave me the wrong edition

I bought the ultimate edition but I have not received any points in game nor did I receive any codes in my email , and when I check the downloads it says the hidden standard edition even tho I have paid the amount of the Ultimate edition

I have exactly the same problem.
I recived the founders equipments and badges, but not the other offers.
To recive that I had to go to the ea fc 24 properties on steam, go to DLC and disable the standard version.
Only then I got those things, but not the rest.
Try to do the same and tell me if it worked.
