download speed is very slow

i had preloaded fc 24 but on release date 29TH today morning when opened steam it again started downloading more 3gb files. Its an hour over but till now download is not completed yet instead of having 100mbps speed lol waiting and waiting download speed is vey slow why? other games on steam just updated within minutes but fc 24 is as it is slow. Anyone know why happening??

Try to change steam serve download, I had to change to italy for me ! (I live in France)
