Manager Career Mode Bug?

Im playing manager career mode and there seems to be a bug where if I try to fire one of my coaches it pulls up the tactical vision key sliders menu as well as asks me if im sure I want to release the coach. At this point it becomes a trap where the game recognizes I am switching between the option of releasing the coach or not but won't let me actually chose the option. Is anyone else finding this to be an issue?
