srry x the bad english jajajajs
EA resolved it so quickly. An antcheat that doesn't work doesn't even tell you why the game doesn't start, if it pointed out any cause it would be resolved and the game would start. This is getting pathetic.
I guarantee that I am not the only customer facing the same difficulty. Remove the ant cheat if that's the case. FIFA22 didn't have these frills and the game ran perfectly. The blame for cracking files should not fall on the customers (who can't play due to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ antcheat).
I've made three things:
1. I've changed all launch files (*.exe) that are tied with FIFA, EA Anti-cheat and EA App so they all run with administrator rights (right click on each file, then "Properties", then "Compatibility" tab, and then there's tick "Run as administrator". (I got Windows in other language, so not sure how exactly it is in English).
2. Unistalled EA AntiCheat. And installed it back again. It's in FC24 folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\EA Sports FC 24\__Installer\EAAntiCheat).
3. I use my PC for business aswell. And I use electronic digital signature here. And there's Crypto-app for all that stuff, so USB-drive with my digital signature can work on this PC. So I've added FIFA, Anti-Cheat and EA App to the exclusions of this Crypto-app ("Cryptopro" in my case).
After that magic (aka dancing with tambourines) it finally worked. Step 3 not needed, if you don't use electroinic digital signature and all that stuff.
Also don't forget to reboot after each manipulation.
