which graphics card do you use? mine is AMD radeon rx7600s, i assumed that may be it's some kind of bugs that will occurred with just AMD user.

some guys have the same problem with your graphic card
i have AMD radeon rx6600 xt, and this white loading screen with logo which doesnt disappear too, so you are right

same as well...I stuck on the screen also,I guess it's a windows defender issues?

It's not just an AMD graphics card issue, I'm on a Nvidia 3080 and I have the same issue
