Refresh Rate locked at 60Hz

Anyone else's like this? My laptop reaches higher frames than this and I want to match them. The refresh rate box in settings is currently greyed out at 60Hz and if anyone knows how to unlock it that would be great. My display is at 300Hz so I'm not sure why it's locked on 60Hz like this.

Mine is locked too, Windows display settings is ALL OK running at 240hz, game issue

try it to change at FCSETUP.INI at documents folder/Fc 24

Are you running it in windowed or windowed borderless? You can only change the refresh rate if its fullscreen only.

Full screen. Just checked my desktop and its fine, I can freely switch between the different refresh rate, not so easy on the lappy, will try again and report back :)
Edit: Laptop seems to be bugged and stuck on 60hz in game setting, greyed out. Desktop is fine, no issues.

Hi man, I searched for this file in my FC24 folder/s and there's was none with this name, are you sure it's called this?

No worries, glad you can even play the game as I am locked to offline modes only due to the Account Restricted bug... sucks for me haha, enjoy!

Same issue here, refresh rate locked on 60hz, tried editing the FCSETUP.eni file in documents > FC24 but no luck, still locked.

EA Fix this ♥♥♥♥.

You've got to change it in display settings on main menu, play a kick off match, quit, exit game, relaunch and it should be above 60.

There's no way of changing it in the first place, it's greyed out, that's the main issue, it's locked at 60hz even when you're in full screen

Turn on freesync. If it's off you can't change the refresh rate for some reason.

None of them things have worked for me, tried turning on freesync, still greyed out, wow.
