Please make sure also you do not have 3rd party game launchers etc running like Overwolf, Razer, things like that.
I do have 3rd party programs running, Corsair Icue and Afterburner, but i also tried turning them off and booting the game... and nothing. Also added the game to the exclusion list of Windows Defender, and still nothing. Its so weird.

If you could just output errors somewhere, we could start figuring it out. I can run debug builds for you if you need help with that.

I will ping the team again about this. In the meantime make sure you are submitting support tickets so the QA team can gather proper information from you to hunt down the issue.
There has to be some sort of commonality that is causing this issue. Support staff might request a dxdiag report to help hunt it down.
