Missing Sewer Clown Bug
Hello! I found all the red balloons, but now the clown in the sewers is missing, so I can't recruit him. I have exited the game and reloaded several times, and he still doesn't appear. Any work arounds? I'm trying to recruit all possible Go-Go townies! :(
