🕰️ How long will the game be in EA?
Our current intention is to stay in EA for at least 1 year and launch 1.0 in 2025.

🎚️ What's the difference between the Demo and EA?
Quite a bit! In the demo, you're starting in a partially built town, with quite a few things unlocked. In EA, TownCo has thrown you into a fully abandoned town, and you'll start from scratch. There's a full tech tree to unlock, many more décor options, the map is much bigger—and much more!

⌨️ How long has Go-Go Town been in development?
We’ve been working on it since early 2022.

🖍️ Will the demo be back?
Yes! We don't have a firm timeline on this yet, but we will be bringing the demo back at some point.

Gameplay Questions

👥 Is there multiplayer?
You can play via couch co-op and Steam Remote Play. Online multiplayer is in our backlog!

🎮 Can I use a controller? Can I play on Steam Deck?
Yep, we support controller, mouse & keyboard, and we are Verified ✅ on Steam Deck.

☁️ Are there cloud saves?
Yes!

💾 Will my save files carry over through the updates?
Yes!

💬 What languages does the game support?
English, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai, Brazilian Portuguese, Latin American Spanish, German, Japanese, French, and Korean.

✍🏼 Is my character customizable?
Yes! There's a machine by the train station called the Change-O-Tron where you can customize your character.

Streaming

🎙️ Can I stream it?
Yep! If you intend to monetise, please turn ON "streamer mode" which will use streamer-friendly music, OR disable music on the options menu. And feel free to share in #🎥│videos-and-streams, we'd love to see it.
