New to game questions

I am liking this game, but a few things I do have questions on.

- do the rankings go up by the number of people invited into the town? I am trying to get to the next tier and am at 24 when I need to get to 31.
- Do you have to have a house for each person invited to the town? I have limited space so this is confusing.
- I picked up a ton of fruit and seeds however when I went to the storage bin there was nothing in my backpack. Very confused.

There is very little for them to do at level tier 0 besides eating, pet rocks or looking at a statute...........LOL

Heya.

The rankings go up by the overall happiness of the tourists visiting town.

People need houses before you can assign them to jobs. Early on you might find you have more people than houses. You will unlock more houses over time.

Your backpack has limited storage space for items. For things like seeds we don't count those as storage, but as a key item and it won't take up space in your backpack.

To date we haven't had any bugs with player inventory missing. So you might have accidentally dropped it or stored it somewhere else? Keep an eye out and if items (aside from seeds go missing, please use F8 or Feedback from the main menu to bug this please 💕

The first few tiers are designed to be slower to help you get to grips with mechanics. It'll speed up in a bit!

I love the game it is cute, and hectic so many things to do. I have been inviting people to the town. Their isnt alot for them to do sadly.

As for the seeds I was right next to the farming area cut all the grass and the seeds popped out and I thought I automatically collected them because they disappeared. However when I went to the storage bin to put them in they were not there.....

I currently cant go any higher as it says its locked until i gt challenge 1 or something.........not sure.

Yup. So if it's just seeds it's behaving as intended. Once you start your farm area you'll access them.

You can use the Town Rank app to check your rank. If you are top of your bracket you should get a call from Boss telling you to book a challenge.

While it is limited build as much in town as you can at the start. You'll find things in your build menu.

Tourists don't like trash. So make sure you clear that out of the way. You'll be able to dispose of it after you complete your challenge and move to next rank.

Actually while we are on that subject, I am on the top of my ranking, I keep getting the phone ringing and I press tab but nothing happens yet. But what really annoys me is i put the water fountain down, even bushes, some lights etc......great yeah nope. I even emptied the rubbish bins but they are spilling stuff on my pavement and I cant clean it up......talk about slobs...........LOL

You clean the splotches on the ground with the Bubble Gun; if you see Visitors coming in with fleas, hit them with it, too.
