Server Hero Bug

Not sure what job aspects are randomly generated, but I arrived at a Server Hero job for a Dante Curtis. 2 racks are Red, 3 are Yellow, and 1 is blue.

Antivirus won't run because it's said its not required. I ran diagnostics on the red racks and gathered a list of broken shelves. I then also ran diags on the yellow racks, but they came back with nothing wrong.

I bought the replacement shelves and installed them properly in the 2 red racks, but instead of changing to blue, they changed to Yellow. I then tried to complete the job, but it says I haven't completed all my objectives.

I've gone over the parts I replaced 20 times and ensured that the 2 red servers that I switched to yellow had the right parts. I cannot figure out how to get them to go blue. I also don't know what to do about the racks that were yellow from the start when I first arrived.

Is this job just bugged or am I missing something obvious?
