Operation System Install Stuck Job

Seems to be bugged out in terms of this OS install. I brought all 3 licenses but everytime I click on VISIT, it says I need to buy the appropriated license.

It seems to have fixed itself. I did another course and afterwards was able to do this operation system install.
Did notice that the OS was installed onto the same flash drive as the laptop because as soon as I pulled the thumb drive out, it wouldn't boot. In reality, the flash drive would be removed and it would still work since it should have installed on the local disk drive of the laptop.

Thats the issue i'm having both OS jobs. i don't know if its bOS thats suppose to be EXT3, EXT4, Or BTFRS format. I tried ext4, and BTFRS and it didn't work. I unplugged the flash drive and the operating system was installed on the flash drive but not the PC. After i took out the flash drive, i looked at laptops information and it does say it has an OS but it wouldn't boot one. Also there was a guy who wanted a small speaker fixed, and so i did. However after i double checked it and i know it was 100% fixed, i put it on the rack and in 2 days it just sat there. There was no way to return in. Frustrating because my service star goes down. I failed that job and payed 10% penalty.
