After being in Early Access since October 2024, the 1.0 version of Wizard of Legend 2 will come to PC, PlayStation, and Xbox adding new content like the Chaos Biome, Chaos minibosses, and a formidable Final Boss. Players can also master 12 new Chaos Arcana, discover 10 new relics, and take on fresh objectives with new contracts. With expanded multiplayer options for local and online co-op, the update builds on the fast-paced, spell-based combat, offering an even more vibrant, action-packed world.


The 1.0 update brings a wealth of gameplay enhancements that increase replayability and challenge. Players can now face the ultimate trial in the Chaos Biome, where they'll battle minibosses and the new Final Boss. With over 75 Arcana to master, including the Chaos Arcana, players can experiment with different elemental combinations to craft their unique playstyle.


The addition of achievements, new contracts, and customization options ensures that every playthrough feels fresh and rewarding. Whether teaming up with friends for 4-player co-op or facing the trials alone, Wizard of Legend 2 offers endless strategic possibilities. The update also includes numerous bug fixes, optimizations, and balance adjustments to make the game smoother and more polished than ever before.


Wizard of Legend 2 features added since Early Access:

• 4-player Co-op: Team up with friends in seamless online or local multiplayer, supporting up to four players. Online and local co-op gameplay has been enhanced with better responsiveness for Arcana abilities, refined camera behavior, multiplayer boss HP adjustments, and smoother item selection to reduce accidental purchases, resulting in a more gratifying co-op experience.
  
  
• Chaos Biome and New Challenges: The addition of the Chaos Biome introduces fresh environments, new minibosses, and a formidable Final Boss, providing dynamic combat encounters and serving as the ultimate trial.
  
  
• Master Elemental Arcana: Players can master the element of Chaos with 12 new Arcana, offering additional magical powers and new strategies to explore.
  
  
• New Contracts: Take on a brand new batch of objectives with new contracts, earning rewards as you progress.
  
  
• Sky Citadel Content Update: The Sky Citadel content update introduced a new biome with 12 new enemies, including the Royal Spear Knight miniboss and the King and Queen boss. Along with the return of Dash Arcana, including 15 Arcana options, two new NPCs, improved boss behaviors, updated dialogues and voice lines, enhanced customization, local co-op improvements, and numerous balance changes.
  
  
• Gameplay Improvements: Thanks to player feedback, the team has implemented several quality-of-life improvements since Early Access, including numerous fixes and tweaks to enhance gameplay, such as smoother local and online co-op, bug fixes for Arcana and Relic interactions, better boss behavior, and refined level designs. Adjustments also addressed UI issues, menu improvements, and balance changes to ensure a more polished and enjoyable experience.
  
  
• Expanded Language Support: Wizard of Legend 2 supports a wide array of languages including Brazilian Portuguese, Chinese, French, German, Japanese, Korean, Polish, Russian, Spanish, and Turkish, expanding accessibility for players worldwide.

Gameplay Improvements:

- Added the feature of playing while the map is opened.
- Greatly improved responsiveness of Basic, Signature, and Dash Arcana in online co-op.
- Improved local co-op camera behavior when a player is knocked down.
- Added a small delay to item selection in shops upon opening to prevent accidental purchases.
- The game now pauses if a controller disconnects in single-player and local co-op.
- The game no longer offers unrelated enhancements for Fueled Berserk.

- Fixed a bug that the volume setting wouldn't reset correctly in the settings menu.
- The "Reset to Default" settings option now only resets the current settings tab.
- Fixed some issues in the key binding menu.

Co-op (Local):
- Improved local co-op camera when another player is knocked down.
- Fixed a bug where simultaneous interaction with objects in local co-op could break the game.
- Fixed a bug where other players would teleport near the player interacting with menus in local co-op.
- Fixed a bug where the interaction wouldn't work if a player was already near shielded rewards in local co-op.
- Fixed a bug in local co-op where players' starting relics would reset to the first player's relic upon returning to the hub.
- Fixed a bug where the arcana enhancer and relic altars appeared disabled when only one player interacted with them in local co-op.

Co-op (Online):
- Fixed a bug that caused a crash when the run summary was shown while another player had the pause menu open in online co-op.
- Fixed a bug that the game wouldn't save for the client after the host chose to return to the main menu.
- Fixed a bug that, when a player left and rejoined the host in the same session, they were recognized as the 3rd player.

Arcana/Relics:
- Fixed a bug that the Zurvan's Crest effect remained on enemies after dropping the relic.
- Fixed a bug where players' signature arcana could be lost if they had both the Cursed Spectral Hourglass and Wizard Instruction Manual relics.
- Fixed a bug where some directions had priority over others in keyboard input.
- Fixed a bug where the Zurvan's Crest relic would stack in multiplayer.
- Fixed a bug where the variants for Blizzard and Perforating Jet wouldn't appear in the variant options.

Enemies/Bosses:
- Fixed a bug where the Golem chunk teleport wouldn't work before talking to the NPC wizard.
- Fixed positioning and teleport timing in boss intro sequences.
- Fixed a bug where some textures were missing in elemental bosses.
- Fixed a bug where traps wouldn't be disabled after a fight ended.
- Fixed a bug where some trap SFXs remained after a fight.
- Fixed a bug where Serjik wouldn't disappear at the end of the Serjik Tournament fight.
- Fixed a bug where there was an invisible wall on clients just before reaching Nazradin.
- Fixed a bug that Nazradin's negative runes would shift to incorrect slots.

Levels/Environment:
- Numerous polishes and fixes for Sky Citadel and Desert biome chunks to improve visual alignment with physics and remove invisible obstacles.
- Improved Castle biome map to remove extra lines and parts shown on the map.
- Fixed a problem where there was an invisible wall where the Sky Citadel keys were located.

UI/Menus:
- Improved notification messages when players are entering portals.
- Fixed some missing localization texts.
- The Nox shop UI has been updated to match other UIs.
- Improved the UX for the Arcana Enhancement menu.
- Fixed various bugs where the Arcana Enhancement menu showed incorrect upgrades when the Arcana had been enhanced through Esme.
- The Arcana Enhancer altars no longer require gold for enhancing an arcana.
- Fixed a bug that sometimes the Arcana Enhancer altar showed fewer choices.
- The enhancement altars in a single level no longer show the same enhancement choices.
- Fixed an issue where the hovered indicator remained on the last item hovered after closing and reopening the menu.
