Motorsport Games is pulling all NASCAR games from sale at the end of the year, including the NASCARRivals, NASCARHeat, and NASCARignition franchises. it's hard to say because NASCAR Arcade Rush not on their website, and there isn't anything online that mentions this specifc game getting delisted, but they're saying all NASCAR games will be delisted. so maybe?

Makes no sense, since Forza Motorsport just added Nascar cars, and it won't be delisted

This is a spin-off, it's new, and unlike the other NASCAR games it wasn't published by Motorsports Games. I'm tempted to pick it up just in case, but they do seem to be indicating that this is not one of the games being removed.

GameMill just recently announced the delistings of NERF & GI JOE. One would assume that they would've made an announcement if this was going to be delisted. I assume it's safe.
