After I switched to 1440p display the game starts with a big overscaled main menu and I can't even access the settings. I've just deleted all folders on my computer named 219200 but the game keeps starting like that. What can I do?

My friend and I were trying to co-op using RPT, but for some reason he cannot seem to use the controller at all. I can use it just fine, but he wants to use it. I've tried putting him as both controller 1 and controller 2, unplugging my own, nothing seems to work. I'm not sure what to try anymore....
