Ultratron wont boot up,
Steam will say no messages, box wont appear. Have tried all 3 versions, all said missing MSVCR110.dll, have reinstalled all multiple times, wiped entire file folder for it and reinstalled on all versions, still have same error. Running on windows 11, 64bit, 16gb ram.

Is msvcr110.dll not in the /bin directory under Ultratron?
