Also try and get in contact with other devs that worked on games published by BD Games.
This really sucks and if there really wasn't any word on yours and anyone else's game getting removed as well then that's messed up.
I'm pretty sure all remaining games that were published by BD Games are co-published and so I guess Valve doesn't think those should be removed because of that.
1. Breach of contract on the publisher's end.
2. Stakes/buyout of the game rights.
3. Contract length/stipulations
4. Legal ownership (majority) Obligation to the majority ownership's interest is generally a thing globably.
5. Highly situational to what the rest of the list entails but SUE. You put that much time so you decide if its worth fighting for and what its worth at that point.
*Now this technically should be number one but again I don't know the full process for you guys in china, but get legal representation to look into the matter and fight on your behalf
Yeah Pax Dei comes into Early Access super overpriced like a bunch of EA games of recent just to hit everyone with a sub once the EA period is over.
Absolutely disgraceful
Additionally, another game that was removed because of BD Games getting banned, Artifact Seeker, also has a forum post about the situation and you might find some advice in the discussion. Here is the link for the Artifact Seeker forum discussion: https://steamcommunity.com/app/2510720/eventcomments/6853996657680305466/
There's no need to hold on to it, I know (you/u) put a lot of effort into making this game. (but these are their rules)
There is already store page but no release date yet:
