Trouble with Fun & Games

So I beat Fun & Games (no mean feat, I might add) and I'm heading back to my bike. I get to my bike and BOOM I'm back on the second floor of the level, all the guys I painstakingly killed now walking around, all smug and un-killed. The chapter clear music is still playing, and after a bit, I get an error telling me the filename for the music is invalid.
(Just so you know, i definitely got the Nov 5 update, because the bonus chapter Highball was there when I went to continue.)
If anyone has any idea what's going on, your assistance would win my undying gratitude.

There are just bugs sometimes. I've encountered issues when traveling floor to floor where things simply don't load correctly -- albeit rarely.

Worst case scenario is you play through the level again. You wanted to get a higher score anyway. Didn't you?

But that's the thing, I always get the error about the filename and it always crashes. I'm literally unable to progress past this level.

I have exactly the same issue, when I complete the stage and go to the motorbike I go back to the 2nd floor. If I try to complete again the mission I get the error message of the invalid song or ID name. This has happened 3 out of 3 times already, I'm not sure I can progress through the game. Any help or fix would be appreciated.
