Thanks, I was missing the broken pool cue. I don't think there is a screwdriver though, I assume you mean the dart, it says the name when it is unlocked.

do i have to complete the level for the ground kills to count?

i swear i did one of all of the list and even went back to redo some of them, but it still isn't unlocking; i know i did a large part of the list while farming for the brick achievement in overdose

it's the last achievement i have to do before achievement ♥♥♥♥♥ (although i heard that's currently bugged)

The 3rd Chapter is the best place for finding Randomized weapon drops. There are two spots right on the first floor, including one that is right after the first enemy, which makes it very practical for this achievement.

IF THIS ACHIEVE IS DRIVING YOU MAD - LISTEN UP! So like everyone else on here at some point I swore I did every last one and still wasn't getting the achieve. Link's list is solid, but I firmly believe scissor is bugged (unless you have the beta.) On two different accounts I was able to unlock with scissor (even though I'd definitely done execute with them before.)

I was wearing the Jake mask too, so I was even throwing all the firearms at people to kill them and I still didn't get that one.

How do I unblock the scissors? It hasn´t appeared on the spawn points. I´ve seen it on the Jacket´s apartment on chapter 2 (or 3, i don´t remember) intro but I can´t get it.

Scissors are unlocked at a certain total score threshold. If you are sure you've seen them before it means you do have unlocked them. Another solution is to continue playing until you unlock a new weapon, and in the weapon unlock screen you can use left and right to browse through all the weapons and check if you have unlocked it.

If you have already finished the game, you probably have unlocked all the weapons already.
