I haven´t complete the game so no idea if it´s earned eventually. Is it?

You don't need to complete the game. Just press Continue then immediately you can press A and D (or left and right on the controller) to select previous levels.

Yuuuup, this is one of them moments where my tendency to ask first before trying makes me loocks stupid.

Don´t mind me, I´ll walk myself silently to the exit.
