Problem picking up the "Charlie" mask.

On chapter sixteen, whenever I go near the "Charlie" mask, or otherwise known as the octopus mask, it starts glowing and moving up and down slowly, letting me know that I can pick it up. Well, I can't. I left click, and I right click... nothing. Unless there's some special way to pick this mask up, it's not working for me. I'm on a PC, by the way. Do I have to be on the beta version?

Charlie can only be picked up AFTER you talk to the man in the office, not before ;)
