Game doesn't display the entire screen, any solution???

The game can be well launche in full screen mode but not the entire screen is fullfiled, I play on a 24 inches led screen the covered screen range is around 19-20 inches maximum.
Does someone have met the same kind of problem or will there be an update in order to fix this technical problem???

this fix only works for some. I'v tried this as well as every combination within properties and it doesnt work so far. hmmm.

It works for everybody but you need to follow the instructions correctly :p
There is nothing else in Windows controlling DPI settings for applications, it's simply not possible that it does not work. The most likely scenario is you set the parameters on the wrong executable -- it must be HotlineGL, not HotlineMiami (which is the launcher). Here is the up to date version, from the FAQ as usual, but it seems nobody ever reads the FAQ and everybody always ends up finding one outdated thread:

The screen is off to the side/zoomed in, I only see part of the whole screen.
Right-click on the game in your library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files -> Right-click on "HotlineGL.exe" -> Properties -> Compatibility.

• Click on "Change high DPI settings", then under "High DPI scaling override", tick "Override high DPI scaling behavior" and set "Scaling performed by:" to "Application", and then "OK" and "Apply".
  
• If "Change high DPI settings" is not there (older versions of Windows): tick "Disable display scaling on high DPI settings", and apply.
