No in-game music? (FIXED!)

I started playing, and I heard absolutely no music in it. Anyone know what to do?

Entering hlm into the beta code section of the game properties worked for me. Made it playable, though the lack of remappable controls beyond the WASD keys is a huge pain.

Its not in your game because I CANNOT GET IT OUT OF MY HEAD. Even sleeping.

go to the steam apps folder, common, hotline_miami, redist, and install the file in there (just do a repair) restart your computer and enjoy! ( I had this problem with windows 8, reinstalling hotline did nothing but repairing that file fixed it.) Let me know if that doesn't work I may have some more ideas.

No worries, had to uninstall and then re-install it. Works now.

The stam apps folder fixed worked for me as well
