Sounds of Animals Fighting not unlocking

Anyone have any remedies for unlocking this achievement, or even just writting down the way you unlocked it.

Aside from playing through the game using various masks, I have completed Chapter 2 with every mask and I have started and respawned 2 times on Push It with each mask.

Anyone have any other ways to fix it? All the other achieves have come out fine.

It unlocked when I unlocked Get a Life. Also, you only need 15 A+'s apparently, because I A+'s all the epilogue levels and i still have 2 more A+'s to get in the original 15

Could you open the 'achievements.dat' file in the game's directory (mine is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\hotline_miami) with notepad and copy and paste the contents here, I'll take a look for you.

I had this problem as well. The solution is to just beat a random level and it should unlock.

Your code shows that you haven't worn all the masks, only 12 of them. Are you running the game with steamworks on? and is the game in your library as a steam game (as opposed to a non steam game), if so; change it back to a steam game as the latter may cause problems with updating of the achievements file. Hope this helps.

Yeah, I started it with steamworks enabled and went through "No Talk" wearing every mask in turn (I have no missing masks).

Again, if it helps, mine unlocked when I unlocked the all A+ achievement.

Now to wait until Achievement ♥♥♥♥♥ is fixed.

My achievements stopped tracking really early on (noticed I had reached the end of the game with only 1 broken window tracked for instance), but I was able to sort of jumpstart them by deleting steamworks.api and verifying integrity of game files to make Steam re-download it.

If it's not tracking which masks you're wearing, maybe delete it then go through Metro with each mask equipped until it unlocks?

I just went through and did it again with all masks, still no unlock (definitely in steam mode and steamworks enabled on startup).

I'll live. Game was fun anyway and I'm not that much of an achievements ♥♥♥♥♥. :)

If you unlocked all of the masks (It's not so easy), and then couldn't get the achievement 'Sounds of Animals Fighting' (dammit!) after wear all masks, I say as I have decided this bug.

Edited file 'achievements.dat' - Line 1: from '11111111111111111111111111' to '11111111111111111111111110'

Then compete level 'Metro' (it's fast) with Richter mask, and 'Sounds of Animals Fighting' unlocking

also can anybody tell me how many masks I have used according to achievment data

I have the same problem, but it's 'Zookeeper" So really theres no way to just play a random level and get it. Any help?
