Keep moving, but don't back yourself into a corner. Grab that golf club and wait for him to throw the cleaver. You can abuse pathing a bit and get him stuck on the desk briefly, but he can still hit you with the cleaver if he throws it, so be careful.

Just keep trying, don't get frustrated, and you can do it.

Yeah, you can also just circle around him. His move pattern is thrust-thrust-throw and as soon as he goes to pull his cleaver out of the wall, hit him with a golf club. Do it twice and the fight is over.

As others said...just keep moving and keep your distance. Grab golf club as ssoon as you can. Then dodge the cleaver.

grab the golf club.. evade him, hes gonna try and stab 2 times I think and then throw a cleaver. Once he reaches to get the cleaver smack him and run away. Do that twice and you beat him

Also, try to stay out of the middle of the room. Get him to chase you along the walls. Otherwise he'll cut across the room and corner you.
