Stuck on Chapter 9 Lockdown

Please somebody tell me how to pass this level...

What in particular do you have problems with? In any case there are numerous walkthrough available on Youtube if you need them.

The problem is I die every time I try and pass that level and the game gets serious

That is not specific to Crackdown. As you progress into the game of course the levels are getting harder and harder, you need to practice and improve in order to pass them, and there is no cheesy secret recipe for that.

If you require help with a particular aspect of Crackdown you need to be more specific.

The way I did it was to replay previous levels to practice and as an added bonus unlock more weapons.

The way I did it was be badass charge those ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with a shotgun.

if you are having trouble with shooting and all the enemies coming for you try using tony to be able to 1 hit punch enemies (not fat guys though)

If this is the level I believe it is I recommend using the elephant or walrus to get past it, give you some margin for error.

Personally I use tony on the first time through because I don't feel like waiting for the dog. Just enter, go through door on left, punch the ♥♥♥♥ out of everything, grab a weapon, throw it into the guy across from the door at the top and punch the guy next to the door. Punch punch punch etc, punch everything as you might in an earlier level. Go to the second floor, wait for the two patrolling enemies to come by and open the door on the first. Punch the guy behind him and punch the other who will run at you with a knife, I believe. Grab the shotgun and shoot it down the hall at the guy off screen (try to get as close as possible with this without crossing the meeting room window). Then kill a few more guys; how you do this is up to you but it's best to be in the down/southern part of the floor when the SWAT guys come in. After this, quickly time crossing those windows so that the sniper's laser does not touch you because it means instant death. When you get to the lower floor, just go straight left and then down, punch the SWAT officer, go into the hallway, and out to the car without stopping.

Oh yeah....Those lasers are from snipers!? lol.. I never would have guessed but it does explain a lot lol I figured they were just high tech booby trap lasers or tripwires or some ♥♥♥♥ I thought I was on a heist :3 but snipers is the idea lol I thought what's the big idea with these lasers but now I know.. Least now I can say stupid snipers instead of stupid lasers... :3
