NET Framework 3.5 y windows 8.1

Recientemente he instalado windows 8.1, y cada vez que quiero iniciar el juego me pide que instale net framework 3.5 (cuando yo tengo el 4). Aun así intento descargarlo, pero me da este error http://gyazo.com/9c7ef3d5fc19fcccd8250e220519242a Hay alguna forma de evitar que me obligue a instalar ese net framework?

.NET framework is not needed for Hotline Miami. The only dependencies necessaries can be found in _CommonRedist in the game's folder (right-click on the game in your library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files).

But when i want to play a window tells me that i have to download net framework

OK, then let's start from the beginning. What exactly leads to the issue? When you start the game through Steam, does the launcher show up? Does it happen when you start Updated or Original?

What happens if you try to install .NET framework from here[www.microsoft.com]?

Ok, don't know why but i tried to install net framework 3.5 offline and the game just works. Thanks for your help.
