Report a translation problem
Right-click on game in library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files -> _CommonRedist -> install all the .exe in there (you should find 4).
Now as for detecting what is it, I have no clue...
I removed the tick from the read-only , but it did not help :( But thanks anyway
Create new text file and rename it to "hotline.cfg".
Open "hotline.cfg" using Notepad, copy/paste the following:
Then try again to start the game. If it still doesn't work, right-click on game in library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files -> launch "HotlineGL.exe".

How to find "DxDiag.txt", "debug.log" and "crash.log":
- DxDiag.txt: Hit "Windows + R" -> Run "dxdiag" -> "Save All Information...".
- debug.log: Navigate to "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\HotlineMiami".
- crash.log: Right-click on the game in the library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files.
