"Always On Top" has nothing to do with "Knife For Pros", you can unlock one without unlocking the other.
What do you mean by "checked with list"?

Try looking at the achievements.dat file? Make sure you make a backup if you're going to edit it: http://hotlinemiami.wikia.com/wiki/Save_File

Checked with a weapon list from a guide. What do you mean nothing to do? Always on the top requires me to use every melee weapon for an execution doesnt it?

No, "Always On Top" requires you to perform every ground kill. It does include executions using a big slice of all available melee weapons but not all.

"Knife For Pros" requires you to use every melee weapon at least once.

Could you link the guide please?

I'm confused by the problem. Knife For Pros requires the player to use every melee weapon at least once, yet Always On Top requires the player to perform every execution at least once. Each melee weapon has its own execution, so it shouldn't be possible to obtain the latter achievement without already having the former. :/

All I can suggest is that you keep playing and make sure you play with every weapon until it unlocks. In particular, don't forget about the crowbar and frying pan in Chapter 5, the broken/unbroken pool cue, and the empty/full pot of boiling water.

Hmm yea my mistake. However I'm not sure an execution counts towards using a melee weapon. If I recall well, you have to do an attack move (left click) for the weapon to be registered. For example, if you did execute someone with the Frying Pan but never actually swung it it might not have been registered for Knife For Pros, thus explaining why you got one and not the other.

Glad you were able to sort it out! The frying pan in Full House is the weapon that nearly everyone misses. It's literally the only frying pan you can find in the entire game. There's also a pot which can be either full of water or empty. You needed to use both forms.

The point was i thought the pot with water is a frying pan too, but this one has water, and after its poured out its basicly the same as the other frying pan xd It appears its not ;p
