Well, it used a modified version of the quake engine.

I think it's a puzzle game. You really have to think about how you enter each room. I haven't really made it all that far, since I recently downloaded the game. I'm looking forward to this "Trauma" level. Sounds interesting.

Not to completely de-validify your opinion, but not really. I have played the game by simply walking into a room and killing everyone while avoiding being killed, and that's it. I rushed in and slaughtered everyone without thought, and I actually got a very high score on thoes levels XD

Yeah, the game can be played in plenty of different ways- let the music take over and walk in and murder everybody, or play it for points, or try to see how few times you die, or play it like a kind of odd puzzle game I suppose! XD I like the idea that it could be a puzzle game, that's an interesting view on it.
