How do you get "Jake" mask

was wondering if anyone could help me get jakes mask, i belive its a cobra and its buff is throws kill

It's located in chapter 10 "Hot & Heavy" in the north-west section of the level, on a corpse.

You can also obtain it on the bonus level "Exposed"
