Why did the 50 blessings pick Jacket as a messenger

Hi I just finished the game and I was able to figure out.The threats were not serious, they were completely empty.Even though they sent Richter to kill Jacket because he failed to kill biker two weeks before and Jacket was sent to kill biker as biker wanted to stop killing and basically wanted out of the whole thing

If you didn't do as the messages said, they would most likely call you more than once, as in one of Biker's chapters it says something about "Our clients will not tolerate further delays!" implying that if you don't do it, something bad's gonna happen, but they give more than one chance. (However they say the threats are empty, so most likely nothing would happen)

But in all of this one thing is not explained
When 50 blessings were leaving messages on Jacket's answering machine why did he not just ignore them where did he get the richard mask from and why did they pick him and what does he have against the russian mafia that he would kill them and not care but then kill the bum after metro and puke.

My questions are
1. Why did they pick jacket why not anybody else
2. Does Jacket have something against the russians why would he willingly kill them
3. Why did he follow the orders on his answering machine

Is it possible for you guys to explain it to me without spoiling Hotline Miami 2 Wrong Number as I am ♥♥♥♥♥ing that in a couple of weeks

Edit: I found out why Jacket killed it was because in the first mission he was instructed to get a briefcase. But the first guy in the building was right in front of the door. Jacket couldn't hit him so Jacket flung the door open and knocked the man down then he had to kill him because if he didn't the russian guy would get up and kill him as for the rest of guys in the building they were witnesses so Jacket took them out but then why did he puke after killing the bum afterwards why not when he was killing the russians. Because he felt no mercy for the russians but why does he not like the russians??

SPOILERS FOR HLM 2 (It's hard to explain without them, so only read if you're willing to see those)He has military experience, and if I remember correctly he signed up for their newsletter He has something agaisnt Russians because he fought them in the war, and he follows the orders because it is revealed in HLM 2 that their are penalties if you don't. Thats the best I can answer.

He got the Richard mask in a package delivered at his door. It comes after the first ansering machine message, not sure what chapter though.
