chapter 12 problem

Guys i'm in chapter twelfth but i'm having a problem there and i need help. I really enjoyed the game so far, it's a very good game, but the thing is, in the twelfth episode, while trying to escape from the hospital, at first we pass from one window to another. My problem also starts here. I go through the window but it makes me look like I didn't pass. I do other tasks and finish everything but the elevator door won't open because I have to go through that window again. If I try to cross again, security catches me. I would greatly appreciate your help, thanks in advance.

On my first try, I had gone a long way to the place where I should have entered with the key, then I realized that this was not true and started over. But after that, I think the game broke down, so I finished the 11th episode for the 2nd time and came back to the 12th episode, but it was still broken. Even though I tried a few times, it didn't work. I do everything and come to the elevator. He says I didn't go through the window where I started. In fact, when I first started the game, I go from the window to the other room and despite this, it says that I did not go through that window, so I cannot continue the game.

It says to just ignore the objectives and walk right to the elevator.
