Do the special and bonus levels count towards get a life?
Just lost a fraction of my sanity getting an A+ on Vengeance and still have 4 or 5 more to go, should I add those levels to the list? Never played them so just curious.

EDIT: I've just done both levels and got an A+ on the bar mission after a few tried and an A+ no exposed first try, just use the zack mask and don't be afraid to die.

Nope, only need A+ on The Prelude and Chapters 1 through 17 (excluding 12 and Final Chapter, which have no rating).
