Report a translation problem
Basically, the creators use a GameMaker decompiler to decompile the Original version of the game and then modify it using GameMaker. This means the mods WILL NOT work with Updated version (which uses PhyreEngine), only with Original (which uses GameMaker).
There are no modding tools readily available that I know of. You'd have to do it the hard way, either by decompilation like above, or creating your own tools first.
