Modding tools and mods for Hotline Miami 1?

I was wondering if there are any modding tools or mods for the first Hotline Miami. Like full mods with custom maps and weapons. And modding tools too. Can anyone help?

Basically, the creators use a GameMaker decompiler to decompile the Original version of the game and then modify it using GameMaker. This means the mods WILL NOT work with Updated version (which uses PhyreEngine), only with Original (which uses GameMaker).

There are no modding tools readily available that I know of. You'd have to do it the hard way, either by decompilation like above, or creating your own tools first.

If you'd rather mod within a framework, head over to HM2, which includes a custom level editor :)

My boy you should be doing your own research. If you need to ask people for help on the steam forums you're probably not gonna get very far. What exactly are you trying to do anyway?
