I cant install framework 3.5

It says "The system cannot find the file specified. Error code: 0x80070002" does any one know how to fix it. (btw im using windows 10)

Go to "Programs and features" then click on "Turn Windows features on or off", and check the " .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0)" option. If it is already checked, try the offline installer[www.microsoft.com].

If it still doesn't work, try to manually install .NET framework from a Windows 10 ISO, as described here[www.kunal-chowdhury.com].

I have the same problem with hotline miami. I dont get error code but on my side .NET Framework 3.5 stuck on Downloading required files, when i tried download and ı dont get error code. I tried all of solutions that i saw on steam community. I couldnt fixed. I ve just wanted to ask , Did you sort it out? Is there any solution?

I'm sorry but no, I don't have other solutions to offer. This is a Windows-side issue (installing .NET Framework, which is a Microsoft component), the solutions above are actually "just" what you can already find on Google.

I see that Microsoft has updated its FAQ, perhaps you should have a look at it and try the solutions provided?
