Unable to Play World In Conflict - 1.011 w/ Windows 11
Hello Everyone,

Ive been fighting trying to get World in Conflict specifically to work and am running into my wits end. Regardless if i install the Steam Version, Uplay Version, GOG or even the direct version off of Massgate specifically i am unable to get this game to launch AT ALL. Even when i try to run this game as an Administrator after following all of the Online Documentation found on the main site or even here within this sub reddit, i cannot get it to launch.

So im getting 2 sets of behaviors:

1:) With everything fully updated and ready to go with the Multiplayer patch installed, the only thing i get when launching the game is this: ( Look at the attached Pic )

2:) Then if i patch everything but do NOT install the multiplayer patch, nothing happens at all. Computer ask's if i want to launch, i click yes & nothing. Then windows pops up asking if it worked correctly. Tried Every single compatibility setting and none of it worked.

I am running on a Ryzen 5 5500U/ 8 GB of ram, as well as the newest version of windows 11 specifically. . I think the issue is the game is crashing at some point during the boot process and the fault engine stack within windows is trying to report the crash but what is being called is not there and this is the only thing im seeing.
Id really love to play this game if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Have you found any solution to this yet? Mine is crashing after a few minutes in. I'm playing this on Windows 10 and have played this also on Windows 7, on both OS not a single crash in the past. I was just returning to replay the campaign and can't even finish the first mission.

Latest error crash message says "not enough memory to run the program" which clearly is a faulty diagnostic. I have 32 GB of ram with 3700X/7900XT CPU/GPU combo.

this game cannot handle more than 8 cores/threats and is limited to 2 GB ram usage^^
as far as i read there will be no more fixes for this problem :(

I tried running this game over 5 days ago, I gave up. no one on discord uplay/ubisoft connect is helping, I posted here on steam the other day.

I can't get it to run on windows 11 using a g16 laptop.

had issues with evil within, got that worked out, had issues with alone in the dark the new nightmare got that worked out, just about all the games I have I can run, but Only World in conflict is the last one not running...

the small world in conflict menu pops up when you run it and it just sits there with a loading icon in the bottom right corner of that menu....
