Missing Oil Rewards

I'm not sure if it's been posted elsewhere, but when I complete missions occasionally the amount of oil is fewer than promised (e.g., should receive 12+1, but I only receive 10). This hurts the ability to buy new cards, purge cards, make purchases, etc and feels like a handicap, especially when completing higher levels. Fun game overall, but I'm going to put playing this game on pause until this bug is fixed.
