Auto verkaufen / sell a car

Ich würde ja gerne den alten Pickup verkaufen. Bekomme im Autohaus eine Meldung, ich soll auf eine Rampe fahren um den Preis für meine Karre festzustellen. Aber keine Rampe weit und breit. In der Werkstatt geht das auch nicht.
Hat wer einen Tipp.

I would like to sell the old pickup. I get a message from the dealership telling me to drive onto a ramp to find out the price of my car. But no ramp far and wide. That doesn't work in the workshop either.
Does anyone have a tip.

Hallo! Es tut uns sehr leid, aber es gab einmal eine Hebebühne in einem Autohaus, um Autos zu verkaufen, indem man sie darauf stellte. Wir haben die Hebebühne entfernt, aber die Lokalisierung nicht aktualisiert. Was den Pick-up betrifft, so steht er noch nicht zum Verkauf. Unser Fehler, das müssen wir ausdrücklich sagen. :( Vorerst haben wir die Möglichkeit des Verkaufs entfernt, da die Spieler es verkauft haben und dann ohne Auto dastanden und nicht wussten, was sie als nächstes tun sollten. Wir lösen dieses Problem und werden darüber nachdenken, wie wir am besten aus dieser Situation herauskommen können.

Hi! We are very sorry, but once there was a car lift in a car dealership in order to sell cars by putting them on it. We removed the car lift, but did not update the localization. As for the pickup truck, it's not for sale yet. Our mistake, we need to tell this explicitly. :(
For the time being, we have removed the possibility of selling it, as the players sold it, and then they were left without a car and did not know what to do next. We are solving this issue and we will think about how best we can get out of this situation.

Aha, das ist ja schlecht. Vielleicht kann man das Auto ja auf einer Onlineplattform anbieten (Scherz). Ja da solltet ihr bald was machen. Wäre sein Auto verkauft und kein neues kauft muss eben laufen.... Wie wäre es mit einer Bank und Kredit mit Zinsen, wo sich jeder vorher überlegt ob er es macht.

Ah, that's bad. Maybe you can offer the car on an online platform (joke). Yes, you should do something soon. If you sold your car and didn't have to buy a new one.... How about a bank and a loan with interest, where everyone thinks about it beforehand.

Have seen this dated thread because i wanted to sell my pick-up and desparately searched the lifting ramp (Hebebühne).

Guess to remove this function was quite overhasty and imprudent.

Why not only check if the player owns more than one car? If this is the case he is able to sell a car, otherwise not. Id would be that easy.

Hi! You say the right things, we also think in the same direction, but in the game engine that we wrote, all systems are rather loosely connected to reduce the number of bugs and problems, the car sales system and the player's car management system know almost nothing about each other, and sometimes it makes it difficult to do seemingly simple things quickly. We'll get back to this issue a bit later. ;)

Please enable car selling again if a player sells their only ride everyone else who pays attention should not be penalized that is alot of money laying on the table buying a car and then can't sell it to get a better one. Maybe just add a text warning make sure you can afford a new ride before selling your car but that should be common sense and really not needed if they screw theirself that's on the player and deserve to go bankrupt or walk to warehouse and pay a delivery fee to get the shop stocked or do the other ways to make money like deliver packages on foot till they get new ride.

My thought too. Instead of removing the function just display a warning message like 'do not sell your car if it's the only one you have - you will need it'.

Developer states - - "we have removed the possibility of selling it, as if the player sold it, then they were left without a car and did not know what to do next."

Simple fix - Add a message stating , "If you sell this , you'll be without a car , do you wish to continue"
Then if someone is still dumb enough to sell it , that's their problem. But then that will then allow us to sell a useless truck. just sayin'.

Hi! According to the general vote, we realized that we need to add the sale of the last car. We have already added it to the list of tasks and will also add it in the next update. ;)
