Game Screen Pausing

Has anyone else experience the game pausing every minute or two for about 20 seconds at a time. It then unfreezes and plays fine and then freezes again in a repeating pattern. It does it in gameplay and in the menu screens regardless of activity.

I tried making an outbound rule for Hawx.exe with Windows Firewall (similar to what fixes Driver), but the intermittent freezing is still occurring.

I read about the HAWX server deprecation, but I don't know if we're talking about multiplayer or singleplayer.

I think it is still trying to connect for some reason and this is causing the stutter every minute or so. I tried blocking it with an outbound exception but this didn't work. The only other idea I have to to turn my wifi off and see if that corrects it, but that is not a viable long term solution.

This games seems t be working now free of pauses. I think once they shut down the servers it is no longer trying to communicate and the issue disappeared.

I still get freezing even after the shutdown of the servers and firewall blocking.
