Thought I'd pass the word but I found by pure luck a topic about mods and found this:

I just tried it and not only it works perfectly, but the guys even made specific cockpits for each new plane (mostly that anime plane, the Ace combat Falken and the Morgan from AC0, the Yukikaze).
Plays great, looks even better.

I can't remember where I downloaded the mod, it's 21Mo. It took some search. Try google with this:
Yukikaze MOD Anniversary PACK Ver2.43

that should do it. That mod alone made me reinstall the game ;)

Sorry for the necromancy, but I've been trying to find this mod for ages; every download link I've found is dead. Anyone know a working source and/or still have their own copy they'd be willing to share?
