Game crash w/ PC issues

Just wanted to ask if anyone else has had the game crash to a black screen with the audio of your jet engines still playing, and ultimately have to Ctrl+alt-del to get out of the game etc.
Has happend to me three times now about 3/4 of the way through the "Backfire" night mission; right after an SU-35 intercept after the ground forces/extraction choppers are notified that the original extraction point is compromised. Exact same spot all 3 times.
Gonna be another UBI bummer if the games messed up, even here on Steam.
Quick specs: AMD 8120@3.9, 2X GTX960, new drivers, 16GB RAM, 1.3TB remaining on a 2TB drive, lots of cooling and fans-monitor does Not show any excess heat (Video card at 34-36C).

3/22/16. Strange, no replies at all. None the less, think I solved the problem and maybe it will work for others. Before starting the game switch to the Windows 7 Basic theme under personaliztion.
At some point trouble shooting this I very briefly (.5 second maybe) saw a warning; couldn't read it but after other attempts to solve the issue it popped up again and this time I saw what it was. I decided to try switching to the basic mode and it worked.
Apparently HAWX doesn't like being interrupted during a good dog-fight or ground attack.
I will repost if the problem shows up again. Hope this helps someone else.

i have the same problem at exact the same spot, windows 10, dont know how to solve yet
